Jenna Brooks


Jenna is a fitness enthusiast and health professional.  She is the VP for a holistic clinic at Yonge and Eglinton, and has been training for over 12 years. Starting as a personal trainer, she developed into a trainer of trainers.  Certifying Personal Trainers through Canadian Fitness Professionals, she developed continuing education programs for fitness facilities that specialize in neuro-associations and spinal alignment.

As an educator and facilitator, her passion is to influence the masses to lead positive and progressive lives through health and wellness. She teaches programs ranging from Corporate Wellness to online training.

A very important part of Jenna’s life is “She Has A Voice”, A not-for-profit organization focused on mentoring young girls to lead healthy, empowered lives.  As one of the Board of Directors, Jenna is dedicated to inspire these girls with her own experiences, education and the Network of Eleven Lifestyle. She instructs her “Lean Body” class once a week for the 6 week program at her clinic, Living City Health. The class focuses on building awareness and appreciation of the body through movement, breathe and activation.
